Annual Back to School Charity Weekend

The purpose of this Annual Event is to raise awareness and give back to the community. On this date BBMP have hotdogs, drinks, shaved ice and popcorn while we donate school supplies such as book bags, binders, notebook paper, pencils, pens, tooth brushes, rulers, crayons and scissors to kids' grades pre-k to 12th.   

Thanksgiving Food Hunger Drive

This community involvement will include the students, staff, board members, and mentors to assist with feeding and helping the less fortunate on this day of giving. Thanksgiving Hunger Food Drive will also build relationships for future holidays. Selected schools will participated in this initiative.    

Santa's Little Helpers Program

The mission of this program is to provide families in need an array of goods to help make there Christmas holiday a time to remember. The willingness to make less fortunate family's dreams and wishes come true at this time of year is our main goal. The sole purpose of this program is to help families understand that meaning of society contribution. Selected schools will participated in this initiative.    

Basketball with Dads

Basketball with Dads is a time where we have male figures like fathers, uncles, cousins, brothers, and grandfathers to come and play basketball with their child. This event is promised to build relationships between males and their child's teacher on the progress of their child's academics. Selected schools will participated in this initiative.    

Haircut for Holidays

Haircut for Holidays is an Annual Event were BBMP sponsor haircuts at a local barbershop in the Memphis, TNArea. The purpose of this event is to give less fortunate young men haircuts to look presentable throughout the holidays. Selected schools will participated in this initiative.
